For well-travelled Karma waters restaurant owners Kellie & Tex, bringing Portuguese influenced cuisine to the Coast was logical.
Many dishes on Karma waters menu have been inspired from Tex's Portuguese heritage and his own passion to educate the Sunshine Coast on Portuguese flavours.
The menu has been designed using the freshest of local produce & ingredients.
Portuguese ingredients used in our menu are Olive oil, chilli (peri-peri), black pepper, salt, paprika, garlic, oregano, coriander, parsley, saffron, port, white wine, lemon, cinnamon and vanilla.
